National Settlement Assistance Services (NSAS), is a non-profit organization, focusing on providing services that are currently unavailable/inadequate to the communities, by filling in the service gaps.
Our Mandate
NSAS believes everyone should have the right to live healthily and happily. Its mandate is to assist residents in the City to live a balanced life based on the four living cornerstones; clothing, food, housing/accommodation, and activities (including but not limited to recreational, cultural, social, physical, mental, and finance, etc.). At the end it leads to physical, mental, psychological and social well-being of the residents who settle in the City.
Our Core Services
Liaison and Interpretation Services
To assist Chinese seniors ( CCBC
residents ) who only speak Chinese.
Earth Value Store
A Thrift, Grocery and Handyman shop for seniors, low-income families, and communities.
Community Hub
A Meeting Place to create a positive, supportive, friendly environment for International Students/Aboriginal/Newcomers/SMEs to meet, relax and learn.
SMEs Support Services
Provide resources and support services to start up/SMEs such as legal infomation, business planning and community loan courses.
Workshops for Community
Cultural, social and educational classes/workshops for international students, newcomers and community.
